Mallory : Carlyle High School [Clinton County, IL Photographer]

I truly believe I was born a red head in another life because I have a super soft spot for them! Not to mention the insane hair envy I harbor. Of course, Mallory is no exception. I am completely in love with her sweet smile and red hair. I had such a great time hangining out with her and her mom both in the studio and in St. Louis! We even found some new locations that I've never used before, including an awesome stairwell! Did I mention this spunky, sweet girl can do Karate? Yea, she's pretty awesome ;) Looking forward to seeing you guys soon!

The Horstmann Family [Clinton County IL Photographer]

I don't think this sun-drenched session could have been any sweeter. From the perfectly coordinated outfits to the most beautiful location near their home and the happy kiddos, everything came together so well! Tara and I had been planning this session for a few months, even visitng their home to talk about where to hang her wall portraits. I just love when things come together so perfectly because I know they are going to have amazing artwork that warms their heart and makes them smile each day when they walk past it. We talked about how important it is to document your family as it is currently and as it's growing, so I think these images sum up Brant and Paislyn perfectly. Brant is so enamored with Paislyn, from an outsider's perspective, it's truly a beautiful thing to watch. Tara - I had so much fun working with you and I can't wait to show you everything! I know you're going to love them! See you next week! :)))

Jayne - Mater Dei High School [Clinton County, IL Photographer]

From start to finish, I absolutely loved Jayne's session! All of her ideas were perfect and I love that she's a big movie fan, like me :) Also, interestingly enough, at her pre-session consult we were talking about how cool it would be to do a senior session on a sailboat. And, while we tried, none of use knew anyone with a clean, running sailboat. So, we settled for photographing at the dock. About half way through, a gentlemen who just so happened to be sitting on his VERY nice sailboat yells over to us,"Hi, girls! Would you like to use my boat for your photo shoot?" - Well, OF COURSE! So, we actually ended up getting a few shots on one of the nicest sailboats in the marina :) Funny how things work out! Jayne, I absolutely loved working with you and your family and I can't wait to show you everything later this week!

Lexi : Central High School Senior [Clinton County Illinois Photographer]

I had so much fun with Lexi and her mom last week! And, Lacie, their puppy, too! They had some really great ideas and suggestions that we put to good use in her session and I absolutely can't wait to show her everything! From the old world globe to the botanical gardens to cute scarves and more, it was perfect! Lexi has big ambitions to see the world one day and I have every confidence that she'll be a world traveler every chance she gets as she enters college. Perfectly Polished Salon [Clinton County IL Photographer]

We work closely with Perfectly Polished Salon a lot and so when Nicole, owner and super incredible nail artist, mentioned they needed updated images of their team (Allison, Katie and Tiffany), I was all for it! I knew they would have something fun and crazy and they didn't disapoint! We had a blast teasing hair straight up and painting pink lipstick hearts on their cheecks :) On a side note, I'm also a client of this salon and they honestly are incredible! Nicole is one of the most talent nail artists in the area. If you're looking for something one of a kind, she's your girl. Plus, their airbrush make-up is amazing! They make our clients look incredible every.single.time!
