Noah - Mater Dei High School [Clinton County Photographer]

Noah might be the easiest-going senior we've photographed so far! I was thrilled when his mom called to schedule Noah's senior pictures because I grew up being friends with Noah's oldest sister, Emily, and so I already knew this would be a great session! On the day of, we started out early and had incredible weather! Not too hot, slight breeze, somewhat overcast.. it was perfect! Noah's mom and sister came along to help and even spotted a few new locations for us to use! We're so glad you guys were happy with all your images! See you in a few weeks for pick-up!xoxo, H.

Spencer - Mater Dei High School [Clinton County Photographer]

I am a huge fan of planning for sessions, but nothing could have prepared me for what Spencer had in mind. Cue the flocks birds - Yes, I said birds...in flocks. For part of Spencer's session, we headed to the water to get some nautical inspired shots and mom came toting 4 bags of fresh Dairy King french fries to toss in the air. Before we knew it, there was squaking (Do birds squak? Well, they were making lots of noise! ;)) and flying going on around us. This provided for some awesome beach images, for sure!!!! Before that, together we created some awesome work in the studio, too! This girl has the most interesting hobbies we've seen so far!, Stat keeper & Air Rifle! I was seriously impressed since I am terrible with numbers and couldn't hit a broad side of a billboard if I tried! Spencer has some very high ambitions and we wish her all the best with her senior year! Spencer - After working with you for one day, I know two things for sure. One, you are incredibly sweet and talented and two, nothing is going to stop you from achieving your dreams. Your ambition and determination is to be admired, for sure! Go get it, Girl! :)))

Fall Specials! [Clinton County IL Photographer]

I know it's insanely hot this week, but believe fall is right around the corner! And, we have two great specials going on - one for just the kiddos and one for the whole family. Our Fall Children's Special will take place on September 28th from 4pm-8pm and September 29th 9am-12pm. It will be for walk-in's only, so come on up! We are designing a custom set with traditional fall colors, pumkins, mums and more! The BEST part of about this fall special is that we are donating the session fees ($20) to Team Galen! Galen Huelsmann is a Central High School student from Aviston, currently battling Luekemia and we are so blessed that his mom, Carol, contacted us to do their family pictures coming up soon! So, we wanted to take that one step further and help as much as we can. We know medical costs can quickly add up, and we are hoping to make a difference, even if it's just a small one. Every penny, thought and prayer counts when a local family is in need of support and encouragement! So, come see us for our Fall Children's Special! Print Packages start at only $25!

We also have a Fall Family Special taking place on September 28th! September is a great time for family portraits so we've created a special for just that! We have VERY limited availability with these unique sessions! They are by appointment ONLY :) They take place outdoors and include the session AND a custom mini family album for only $99! After the session, you can purchase prints and products seperately. If you were thinking of doing family pictures this fall, definitely take advantage of this awesome special!

Heather - Mater Dei High School [Clinton County IL Photographer]

I was so excited when Heather suggested using her family farm for her pictures because I had driven by it almost daily for the last decade! My parents live on the same road :) So, I knew exactly how gorgeous and pristine their landscaping and buildings are! It provided the perfect backdrop for Heather and her laid back style! I had so much fun photographing Heather and I can't wait to deliver her order soon! Heather - You are such a sweet girl and we wish you nothing but the best with your senior year and college decisions! We know you're going to succeed beyond your dreams!

Ellie - Central High School [Clinton County IL Photographer]

EPIC - that's how I incredible Ellie's shoot was! From the awesome records she brought in, to the inside of the Sheldon Theater in StL, to the Record Store... So EPIC! We had a blast the entire time! We had been dying to get into that record store for a session and Ellie was the PERFECT girl for it! And that blue dress - WOW! And, not to mention, she can sing too! When we were inside the Sheldon, we were goofing around and I asked her to sing a little tune - it was then that she sang the sweetest version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star that I've ever heard! Ellie - We had so much fun with you - You are an incredibly talented girl and we know you're going to do HUGE things in the future! xoxo, H.

Lauren - Carlyle High School [Clinton County IL Photographer]

Lauren is quite possibly the most easy going and sweetest girl we've photographed this year. She came in with LOTS of great outfit options and we even added three outfits from our exclusive boutique collection! Our boutique collection is host to many unique pieces, not to be found in any other local stores or even the mall. The outfits she chose to add to her shoot wardrobe included the chevron dress, the cream knit dress and the bright, striped tank. I was so excited to photograph those outfits as I imaginged them being photographed when I hand-picked them out in Los Angeles, and Lauren couldn't have been a better model for them! I am so looking forward to showing you the rest! Lauren - I had so much fun with you and I'm so thankful you chose us for your senior portrait experience! See you next week!
